POL-MOT Warfama S.A., one of national leaders of the production and the distribution of agricultural machines, came to a decision about the renewal of activities targeting the execution of the Public Offering. Still in the running year shares of the Company should make their debut at the WSE.

The company plans to gain from the execution of the Offer tens millions of zlotys. These resources will be of service the realization of strategic connected plans with investments into the enlargement of productive powers of the Company for the utilization of the potential of the market, with the extension of the assortment of sold products and to the execution of the canvassing servants to the consolidation of the market rating.

Simultaneously, the major stockholder of POL-MOT Warfama S.A. - POL-MOT Holding S.A. - came to a decision about the end of conversations with the potential strategic investor Warfamy. „The foreign investor offered us advantageous terms of price concerning of the purchase of the block of stock Warfamy. Proposed to us the investment-contract proved however in respect of some legal recordings inadmissible” - said Andrzej Zarajczyk, the President of the Board of POL-MOT Holding S.A. - the major shareholder of Warfama.

At present, 99,9% shares of POL-MOT Warfama S.A. belongs to POL-MOT Holding S.A. In 2006 the Company reached sales revenue on level of 76,9 million zlotys (the height about 78% with relation to of the previous year), at the same time the net income grew up about 157% and amounted to 4,97 million zlotys. At 13th August 2007 the Prospectus of POL-MOT Warfama S.A. was confirmed by the Committee of the Financial Supervision.
