Grzegorz Bartosik

The President of the Management Board

He is 35 years old and has been involved with Pol-Mot Warfama since 2005; when he joined the Company to become its economic and financial director. He has held the position of the president of the management board since the beginning of 2007.

A graduate from the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, in the field of Marketing and Management; speciality: Finances. Additionally, he has also completed postgraduate studies in the Lublin Polytechnics, in the field of Managerial Accountancy and Inspection in the Enterprise.

Krzysztof Mularuk

Vice-President of the Board

He is 67 years old and has been working in the position of the vice-president of the management board since 2007. Previously involved with such companies as Fabryka Maszyn Rolniczych PILMET S.A, Famarol Dystrybucja Sp. z o.o., Farmtech Sp .z o.o., Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT.

He completed his higher education studies, graduating in 1967 from the Warsaw Polytechnics, in the field of Organization, Management and Economics of Enterprises (mechanical engineer).

Andrzej Urbanowicz

Member of the Board

He is 58 years old and has been working in Pol-Mot Warfama since 1999; his first position held in the company was the Main Constructor’s post. He previously worked, among others, in Sipma S.A and in “AGROMET” Fabryka Maszyn Rolniczych in Lublin. Graduated from the Agricultural Academy in Lublin, in the field of Agricultural and Forestry Technology (master of science, engineer of agricultural technology).

Stanisław Kulas

Member of the Board

He is 56 years old. During his professional career he was Vice-President of the Management Board of POL-MOT Warfama, Director of Agricultural Machines Factory Pol-Mot TUR, President of the Board - Managing Director in Pol-Mot TUR S.A., President of the Board of the Kętrzyn Enterprise of the Agriculture Mechanization, Director of the State-Machine-Centre in Mrągowo, President of the company Browar, Director of The State Enterprise Browar Kętrzyn, Deputy Technical Director of Państwowa Komunikacja Samochodowa - the department in Kętrzyn. Possesses the higher education, is a graduate of Politechnika Gdańska, the Faculty of the Construction of Machines. He also finished postgraduate studies on marketing and management at Akademia Rolniczo-Techniczna in Olsztyn.
